AdventureCORPS, Inc., an event production firm specializing in ultra-endurance sports events, will host the 32nd Anniversary of Silver State 508, on September 19-21 (Saturday-Monday), 2015. Founded by John Marino in 1983, recognized as "The Toughest 48 hours in Sport" and also known as "Furnace Creek 508" or simply "The 508," it is the world's premier 48-hour ultra cycling race. This 508-mile bicycle race is revered the world over for its epic mountain climbs, stark desert scenery, desolate roads, and its reputation as one of the toughest but most gratifying endurance challenges available, bar none. Solo, two-person relay, and four-person relay divisions are offered with a field limit of app. 250 racers (app. 70 soloists and 70 relay teams). NEW for 2015: Self-supported Solo Randonneur Division (no support crew allowed)! Silver State 508 is a Race Across AMerica (RAAM) Qualifier.
